|"How We Lived Then" has well over 100,000 exhibits laid out on FOUR floors of authentic old shops, room-settings and many various displays which have been collected over the last FIFTY-ODD years jointly by the owners, husband and wife team, Jan and Graham Upton.

We are still open EVERY day from 10 o'clock in the morning
Sadly, due to ill health and the advancing age of the owners, we have decided to sell "How We Lived Then".
Should anyone be interested in buying our Museum it should be noted that the asking price in the region of £425,000 includes the freehold of the entire building, this is the Museum as you see it complete with ALL the fittings and exhibits within the Museum, a very nice owners' flat above and the shop fittings.
